• NDT Technician Multi PCN UT 3.1, 3.2 & MT

  • Job Overview

    ·      Perform the various NDT methods 

    ·        Interpret ultrasonic inspections on fabricated welded products, to be able to identify defects to the so-called products discontinuities.

    ·         Knowledge on the various international codes and the project specific procedures.

    ·         Ensures daily NDT reports are generated on time and delivered to clients.

    ·         The skills needed are that of the analytical and practical or hands on experience.

    ·         Documentation and reporting of the result in a proper manner with Company reporting system.

    ·         Review work orders, test procedures and product specification criteria that are acceptable and sets test specification.

    ·    Able to perform the calibration with the reference / calibration block, make adjustments on the ultrasonic test equipment to a certain setting or required standard based on is knowledge on ultrasonic testing procedures

    Qualifications

    • Secondary Education
    • PCN Qualification in UT & MT 

    Post certification experience should be min 3 years with total exp 5+ years

  • Job Overview

    Advance NDE Inspectors (PAUT TOFD)- UAE.

    • Duties include conducting PAUT/ TOFD/ IRIS/ ECT/ LRUT to be able to identify defects or the so called product discontinuities and generate appropriate reports.
    • Knowledge of various international codes and acceptance criteria.
    • The skills needed are that of the analytical and practical or hands on experience and computer familiar.
    • Documentation and reporting of the result in a proper manner with company reporting system.
    • Review work orders, test procedures and product specification criteria that is acceptable and sets with test specifications. 
    • Able to perform the calibration with the reference / calibration block, make fine-tuning on the respective equipment to a certain setting or required standard based on his knowledge on testing procedure.

    Qualifications

    ·      Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (minimum basic qualification)

    ·      Minimum 3 years of experience in area of NDT, especially in advanced methods.
